• The Structured Family Caregiving client must have Medicaid benefits or be Medicaid-eligible.

• The Structured Family Caregiving client must apply for and be accepted to the Medicaid Waiver program.

• The primary caregiver should be a family member, neighbor, or friend with the ability to live with and care for the Structured Family Caregiving client.
