Chico has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and Regenerative Medicine and worked as a Research Scientist.  He later served as Director of the biotechnology company and focused on innovation, leadership, and organizational growth.  

 

Chico has nine years of experience in patient-centered health as the CEO of Hoosier Family Supportive Living and enjoys combining scientific and operational experience to help create meaningful impact in healthcare.

 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and eating birria tacos.  

Karen is a healthcare operations and revenue growth leader with extensive experience leading personal service agencies, national healthcare recruitment initiatives, and high-performing sales organizations. She's been recognized for building strong relationships, creating supportive teams, and driving meaningful growth across healthcare and hospitality organizations.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids, enjoying live theater and music, and sharing great Italian meals with family and friends. 

Colie started her nursing career at Riley hospital for children in the ICU. After several years, she transitioned to the adult ICU at Saint Vincent hospital.

Colie started working with Medicaid Waiver patients in 2017 and helped build medical programs for two companies that served this population. Her job experience also includes working as an independent contractor alongside child protective services. Her passion is education and sharing the wealth of knowledge and resources she has accumulated over the years.

Colie has a husband, two children and two dogs. She enjoy plants, gardening, and decorating. She also loves antique shopping and has an unnatural love for vintage table linens and antique chairs
